In Nikiti, Halkidiki, Arsanas bears a name steeped in maritime history. It is the place where Mount Athos monks used to repair their boats. Today, the name belongs to a restaurant that needs no introduction.

30 Years: One Chef, One Kitchen, One Signature

The Food Director, Michalis Delithanasis, has been cooking at Arsanas for 30 years. In an era where chefs change venues every season, Mr. Delithanasis stayed. This fact alone speaks volumes about what identity means in the kitchen.

Culinary Consistency and Trust

  • 80 daily dishes with an emphasis on cooked fish.

  • Inspired recipes built on selected ingredients.

  • Flavour consistency enjoyed from the very first bite.

As Michalis Delithanasis himself says:

"Our customers trust us blindly because they have been eating here for years. They tell me, 'Make us whatever you want,' because they know they will eat top quality, in the right quantity, so that the price is fair."

At Arsanas, the customer is not just a table number. They are someone who trusted their evening or afternoon to people who take that trust seriously.

Cooked Fish on Another Level

The menu of Arsanas is its signature. The velvety grouper with mussels, wild asparagus, and artichokes is one of the dishes that make people return every summer. Every dish follows the same philosophy: taste meeting aesthetics and a passion for cooking.

Driven by the Sea, Not Trends

  • Daily catch: The menu is built around what the sea offers each day.

  • Pure quality: Ingredients are selected with quality as the sole criterion.

  • Expert technique: Proper cooking methods transform these fresh ingredients.

You take a bite and realize someone thought deeply before putting these ingredients together. Some chefs cook just to fill you up. Others cook to create memories. Delithanasis belongs to the second category.

A Wine Cellar That Loves Northern Greece

The wine cellar emphasizes Northern Greece, featuring a new section in the drink menu titled "I Love Chalkidiki," which showcases exclusively local drinks from the region. The beers are strictly Greek. This cellar has personality and a clear point of view. It knows what it wants and expresses it clearly through every bottle it selects.

Homemade Desserts & Extra Options

The dessert menu follows the exact same philosophy as the rest of the kitchen. Tiramisu, cheesecake, galaktoboureko, halva made with fine semolina, and ice cream crafted from 100% sheep's milk. These are desserts you truly enjoy tasting and remember long after you leave. There is no dessert here that was added just to fill up the menu. Every single option has a reason for being there, and you realize it from the very first bite.

Drinks & Finger Food

If you are not looking for a full meal, Arsanas offers the option of drinks paired with finger food. After 22:30, special offers make an evening drink even more appealing.

The Space & Reservations

  • Atmosphere: The decor is simple, distinctive, and upscale all at once. This season, the flowers create a tropical warmth that perfectly matches the summer of Halkidiki.

  • Booking: From June 10th onwards, a reservation is required two to three days in advance.

  • Opening Hours: Open daily from 12:20 to 23:00.
